The ideal candidate will be responsible for all phases of projects, from lead-generation through closeout. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Conway standards related to quality, safety and sustainability. Assignments include tenant fit-outs and ground-up construction for a wide variety of project types including corporate, warehousing, light industrial, institutional, and commercial. The person will serve as the primary contact for various projects, and oversee preconstruction planning, estimating and scheduling. Will be responsible for cost management, project safety, and sustainable construction practices. Desired experience includes a BS/BA or equivalent in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture or similar; 5-10 years of progressively responsible experience in the field of construction management; knowledge of all phases of building construction and building systems; and strong technical and computer skills in industry-related programs.
